We suggest that you call them to let them know that you will be sending your item for repair. Using a traceable method of shipment like UPS or Fedex is recommended. The repair center will determine if the damage is covered under the French warranty. You will be notified if it is not covered with an estimate of the repair charge by the repair center. Hawthorne Leather Goods will only repair products made in our factory in Hawthorne California. To qualify for the warranty we must have a registration card on file to confirm the eligabilty. The following patterns all have registration numbers embossed on a tag inside the product. This number must be included in the warranty card that you send back to our company.

Please call our toll free number or email us for a return authorization number. You must have your registration card on file with us prior to sending back any of the accepted items for repair. Once we receive the item, we will determine if the damage is covered under our 5 year warranty. If the item warrants a repair charge, you will be notified and we will await approval before repairing the damaged item.
